MUSICTODAY TICKETING USER AGREEMENT

Welcome to Musictoday, LLC ticketing ("Site") which provides its services to you subject to the following notices, terms and conditions ("Terms"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all laws and regulations governing the Site. Musictoday, LLC has the right to change these Terms at any time, which shall be effective as to any transaction made following the posting of the change on the site.

Sales and Refunds

  • All Sales Are Final. If the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or the venue is closed for any reason, you will be updated via email as soon as information is available. We will send an e-mail to the e-mail address provided by you in the ordering process (you must provide a valid e-mail address with your order). Before traveling to the show, please confirm the show with the venue.
  • For General Admission Tickets To Be Picked Up At Will-Call By Customer - Refunds due to cancellation or unforeseen facility closure will be issued in the amount of the face value of the tickets. In the event of cancellation or unforeseen facility closure, service and handling fees will not be refunded.
  • For General Admission or Reserved Seating Tickets Shipped to Customer - Refunds due to cancellation or unforeseen facility closure will be issued automatically in the amount of the face value of the tickets. In the event of cancellation or unforeseen facility closure, convenience, shipping and handling fees will not be refunded in order to cover the costs already incurred by Musictoday, LLC.
  • Tickets for sale are intended for purchase by adults. By making a purchase on the site, you agree that you are at least 13 years of age.

Order Pickup and Delivery

  • International tickets will not be shipped, but picked up at a location near the venue. This location will be communicated at a later date via the email address that you provide when placing your order. You must bring your confirmation e-mail receipt, picture ID, and credit card used to purchase the tickets online. If you are unable to pick up your tickets because you do not have the credit card you used to purchase the tickets, we are unable to offer a refund for your ticket order.
  • Only the individual placing a will-call order may pick up the tickets ordered.
  • Shipped orders are usually sent approximately two weeks before the first show ordered. If any shipped orders are re-routed after they have been sent, there is an additional fee. Shipped orders cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses. Entering a PO Box address may cause a delay in delivering your tickets and/or extra shipping charges.
  • As show availability is subject to change, please check back often.

  • By placing your order, you acknowledge that your name will be released to the event coordinator.

Re-Selling
  • Tickets purchased through this site are intended for personal use. We strictly prohibit the resale of any tickets obtained through this site for more than the purchase price. If you are found to be reselling, trading or brokering tickets that you purchased through this site for profit, we may at our sole discretion cancel all or part of your ticket order and all or part of other pending orders in your name and/or put all or part of your orders and all or part of your other pending orders in your name at will-call for pick-up. If we cancel your tickets, a refund of the total face value of the tickets minus a $7 per ticket processing fee will be issued to the card used to place the order. No other service, processing or shipping fees charged at the time of purchase will be refunded. If tickets are placed at will-call, only the person whose name is on the order can pick them up. No will-call name changes will be allowed. We reserve the right to investigate all orders suspected to be in violation of this policy. We are the final authority on the interpretation of the rules in this policy.


Lawful Use

You may visit, view and retain copies of this Site for your own personal use but may not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute information from the Site for any purpose other than to review event information and to purchase tickets for personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorized by Musictoday, LLC. Musictdoday, LLC reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Musictoday, LLC believes the customers conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Musictoday, Inc.

Copyright

All content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images and software is the property of Musictoday, LLC or its content suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Musictoday, Inc. and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The content and software of this site may be used as a shopping resource. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance, of the content on this site is strictly prohibited. All rights reserved

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

You expressly agree that use of the Site is at your own risk. Musictoday, LLC does not promise that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will provide specific results from use of the Site content. The Site and content are delivered on an "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will Musictoday, LLC be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental special or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if Musictoday, LLC has been advised of the possibility of damages. The disclaimer of liability applies to any and all damages or injury from any cause, including without limitation damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action.
